ResidentsWhy does my resident account need approval?

Resident approval keeps neighborhood-only information inside the community it belongs to. You can create and track your own private requests while approval is pending. Community request signals, local insights, and resident-only resources unlock after your profile is approved.

ResidentsWho can see Neighborhood Insights?

Neighborhood Insights are available to approved residents in the same community. They summarize anonymous request activity and outcomes; they do not show resident names, exact addresses, private messages, or request photos.

ResidentsHow do I ask for help with a home project?

Start a request, choose the closest service category, describe the issue, add optional private photos, and review the details before sending. After it is saved, use My Requests to track responses, choose a provider, message privately, and close the loop when the work is done.

Requests & privacyWhat can neighbors see about my request?

Approved neighbors may see an anonymous category-level signal, such as the type of help requested, its general status, and an aggregate quote range when available. Your name, exact address, description, photos, contact details, provider identity, individual quote messages, and private messages are not shown in the community feed.

Requests & privacyWho can see photos attached to a request?

Request photos stay private to you and authorized administrators who help route the request. They are not placed in Neighborhood Insights or the community request feed. A provider should receive a photo only through the private request workflow when access is appropriate.

Requests & privacyWhen does a provider receive my contact information?

Providers do not receive your contact details from the public or community views. Keep early questions in the private request conversation. Share direct contact information only when you choose to move forward and are comfortable doing so.
